Intenational Sports city – Jeddah KSA

Located in Jeddah, this expansive project spans approximately 3 million square meters. Phase I, already developed and operational, covers around 1,367,329 square meters. Meanwhile, the remaining area is under developing that presents a prime opportunity for further development and customization in Phase II. The Sports Facilities Agency recognizes the potential to transform this site into a pioneering sports city and Olympic village, serving as a model for best practices in implementation and strategic planning, and demonstrating the effective application of the master plan.
